Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 26th, 2026
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the website collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a 'User') of the website ('Site'). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Drock Connects Consult.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we collect:
Contact information: Your name, email address, telephone number, and business name.
Project information: Your services, website address, service areas, preferences, and information you submit about your project.
Communications: Messages, appointment details, and records of our correspondence.
Transaction information: Billing details, payment status, and transaction records. Payment providers process payment-card information under their own privacy policies.
Technical information: Information collected by our website platform and enabled tools, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and cookie identifiers.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information or passwords through ordinary inquiry forms.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
Respond to inquiries and discuss potential projects.
Schedule appointments and provide requested services.
Prepare proposals, invoices, and project communications.
Maintain business records and process payments.
Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website.
Send marketing communications where permitted by law and consistent with your preferences.
Meet legal obligations and address disputes.
3. Service Providers and Disclosures
We disclose information as reasonably necessary to providers that support our business, such as website hosting, forms, email, customer relationship management, scheduling, automation, and payment services.
Providers used for this website and its services: [List the providers actually used, such as Systeme.io, Jotform, Zapier, your calendar provider, and your payment processor. Remove unused examples.]
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable requirements.
Personal-information sales and advertising disclosures: [Confirm whether you sell personal information or disclose it for targeted advertising. State the actual practice here. Do not claim “we never share information” if advertising tools transmit visitor data.]
4. Cookies and Tracking
Our website platform and enabled services may use cookies or similar technologies to support website functions.
Analytics and advertising tools: [Identify the analytics tools, Meta Pixel, or other advertising tracking actually enabled, or state that none are enabled.]
You can manage cookies through your browser and any cookie preference controls available on our website. Blocking certain cookies may affect functionality.
Where applicable law requires consent or opt-out controls, we provide those controls and honor applicable preferences.
5. Email and Telephone Communications
When you inquire about a project, we may contact you about that request using the details you provide.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We may still send necessary project, billing, or service communications.
Any promotional text-message program will use a separate consent process where required. Submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, enroll you in promotional text messages.
6. Retention and Security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain required business records, and meet legal obligations.
Retention schedule: [Insert the retention periods or criteria you actually follow for inquiries, client records, and transaction records.]
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure.
7. Your Choices and Requests
You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to change your communication preferences.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request, and legal exceptions may apply.
8. External Services
Our website may link to third-party websites or embed third-party forms, calendars, or payment services. Their privacy policies govern information they collect independently.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for adult business customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this policy as our practices change. The revised policy will show a new effective date. We will provide additional notice when required by law.

Website Terms and Service Conditions
Effective date: October 26th, 2026
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the website collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a 'User') of the website ('Site'). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Drock Connects Consult.
A project begins only after both parties confirm its scope, payment arrangements, and applicable terms in writing. Visiting our website or submitting an inquiry does not obligate you to purchase.
1. Our $500 Website Package
Unless your written proposal states otherwise, the package includes:
One main page presenting your business, services, and calls to action.
One thank-you page with instructions following a successful form submission.
One inquiry form or booking-calendar integration using a compatible platform.
Mobile-responsive design.
Basic page titles, descriptions, and service-area wording.
Links to existing business and social profiles.
Website copy structured from the business information you provide.
Placement of client-provided privacy information or legal-policy links is included where agreed. Custom legal drafting is not included.
2. Pricing and Payment
The advertised setup price is $500 for the scope described above.
Optional hosting and maintenance is $29 per month. Domain registration, paid third-party software, applicable taxes, and services outside the agreed scope are separate.
Before work begins, your written proposal or invoice will confirm:
Payment amounts and due dates.
Whether a deposit is required.
Any additional charges.
The selected hosting arrangement.
The applicable cancellation and refund terms.
Additional work requires your approval before it is charged.
3. Delivery Timeline
Typical delivery is 5–7 business days after we receive the required payment, complete project information, and necessary account access.
This is an estimated turnaround. Delayed feedback, missing materials, technical issues, and changes to the agreed scope may affect delivery.
We will communicate material changes to the schedule.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information and timely feedback.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use all materials you provide, including logos, photographs, testimonials, trademarks, and written content.
Testimonials must reflect genuine customer experiences.
You are responsible for reviewing the website’s content, prices, claims, contact details, booking settings, and legal notices before approving launch.
Where access is required, use delegated account access where available and an agreed secure method for any necessary credentials.
5. Revisions and Scope Changes
Your written proposal will specify the included revision rounds and review period.
New pages, major redesigns, additional integrations, advanced automations, and requests beyond the agreed scope may require a separate quote and revised delivery timeline.
6. Hosting and Maintenance
You may select our optional hosting and maintenance plan or use your own compatible platform account, as agreed.
Before a recurring plan begins, we will confirm its billing frequency, included maintenance, exclusions, cancellation method, and what happens to the website when the plan ends.
Substantial content changes, redesigns, and new features are not included unless expressly stated.
Third-party platform fees, limits, availability, and policies may change independently of DRock Connects.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund arrangements will be disclosed in writing before payment.
If you wish to cancel, contact [business email address] promptly. Any refund or outstanding balance will be determined by the accepted project agreement, work completed, authorized costs, and applicable law.
These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Ownership and Licenses
Your original business materials remain yours.
After full payment, ownership or usage rights for the final website deliverables will be provided as described in your project agreement.
Third-party templates, stock images, fonts, software, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses. Exclusive ownership of those materials is not included.
Any transfer or handover is subject to the capabilities of the selected website platform.
9. Results and Third-Party Services
We do not guarantee a particular number of leads, bookings, customers, sales, search rankings, or advertising approvals.
An inquiry form collects requests; it does not automatically confirm a service job. Calendar behavior depends on the configuration and platform selected.
We do not control third-party outages or changes, but will address issues within our agreed responsibilities.
10. Confidentiality and Project Data
Each party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information received during the project and use it only for the project or another authorized purpose, except where disclosure is legally required.
If a project requires us to process your customers’ personal information, any necessary data-processing responsibilities will be addressed separately.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not use our website or services for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, unauthorized access, or distributing harmful content.
We may decline or suspend work involving unlawful activity or material violations of an accepted agreement, subject to applicable law.
12. Disputes and Applicable Law
Please contact [business email address] first so we can attempt to resolve concerns.
The project agreement will identify the applicable governing law and dispute arrangements. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory protections available under applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms for future website use and projects. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing project agreement without both parties’ agreement, except where required by law.
